Shipping

You should have received a tracking code with your dispatch email, that will either be couriered through Royal Mail or DPD Next Day Delivery.

If you have not received a dispatch email within 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri) of placing your order please send us an email to hello@beachbumsup.com with your order number as the subject line. 

We currently ship Brobes 2-4 day standard or by DPD Tracked with EXPRESS NEXT WORKING DAY delivery if upgraded at checkout. 

Boards are all sent DPD Tracked with EXPRESS NEXT-DAY delivery as standard.

Please note orders made before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day and anything after the following day (Mon-Fri).

Shipping is Free for Paddle Boards and Brobes. Accessories purchased alone will have a shipping fee of £4.99 if the value is less than £50.

We don't ship internationally.

We are working on becoming a global company and expanding our shipping to include international countries in the future. However should you have a large custom order, please enquire by email at hello@beachbumsup.com and we may be able to work together on shipping an order to you.

Selecting Klarna as your payment method is available but is not always obvious to find. Let me help you find it step-by-step 😊

1. Add the items you would like to purchase to your cart.

2. Select checkout.

3. Fill in all fields in the information section.

4. Click 'Continue to shipping'.

5. Check your email and shipping details are correct.

6. Select a shipping method from the available selection.

7. Click 'Continue to payment'.

8. Scroll to the payment section and below the option to pay by credit card.

9. Select Klarna - Flexible payments.


If you are a returning customer and Klarna doesn't appear here. Try checking out as a guest and it should be visible.

We have a 14-day Return Policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. Kindly note: We will not accept any items with human hair, dog hair or any signs of use. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For any returns or exchanges please submit a request via our portal https://beachbumsup.returnscenter.com  with your order number and email address used to place the order.

We don't offer free returns as part of our mission to reduce our carbon footprint and environmental impact.

Please note during busier periods such as public holidays and sales, responses may take a little longer.

Clearance items

Items with 30% or more off the original value are considered clearance items and are non refundable/ returnable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, once the return is accepted, send the item back and we will replace it with the correct size/colour. Please ensure returns/exchanges are sent back within 5 days of being accepted. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less our £8.00 re-stock fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
